Commercial property deals are central to much of the work we do for many of our business clients. In some matters, our clients are investors or developers, in others they are tenants or landlords; often they are businesses, large or small, looking for new premises.
We encourage clients to talk to us in the early stages of a deal. As well as having our finger on the pulse of the regional property market, we can contribute to the feasibility study and make an initial assessment of the planning, taxation and environmental considerations. Identifying problems early means we have the time to look for a solution or suggest an alternative approach.
